ABOUT GOLFING IN SPAIN

 

Spain is the leading country in Europe for golf tourism. Lovers of this sport find Spain a top destination to play golf, regardless of their level and handicap, and it will be an experience worth repeating. With a mild Mediterranean climate of sun and warm temperatures all year round, especially with ideal weather conditions for golf (good visibility, gentle winds and pleasant temperatures), you will never feel more comfortable than right here.

Spanish golf courses have their own special charm. And with Spain's excellent transportation infrastructure, you can move from one course to another quickly and easily, with no time wasted on the road.

Spanish golf courses normally tend to require a minimum handicap of 28. In the case of Valderrama, Europe´s No.1 course, a minimum handicap of 24 is required to play. But don't worry, there is a wide variety of courses to choose from for all levels of golf lovers and professionals.
